Reviews & Feedback Policy

Last updated 8 November 2026

What happens to the reviews, ratings and feedback you send us, and the standards we hold ourselves to when we answer.

01What we collect

We read ratings, written reviews, feature requests, bug reports and the messages you send after a download. Reviews may ask for the studio area you used and the plan you were on, so context travels with the opinion.

02Honest, unedited

We publish reviews as written, including the critical ones. We may correct a spelling mistake or shorten a review for layout, and we always mark a shortened review. We do not publish reviews we cannot attribute to a real use of the studio.

  • No paid reviews, no incentives for a positive rating, no staff reviews.
  • No review edited to remove a complaint you made.
  • No cherry-picking: a collection page shows the score of every review it received.

03What we remove

We remove reviews that contain personal data about someone else, hate speech, threats, advertising, or claims about a competitor we cannot verify. When we remove a review we tell the author why.

04Permission to quote

By sending a review you allow us to publish it on this site and in our marketing with your first name and plan. You keep the copyright, you can withdraw permission at any time, and a withdrawn review comes down within 14 days.

05How we respond

Every review that raises a problem gets an answer, and every answer follows the same structure: acknowledge what happened, say what we will do, give a date, and confirm when it is done. Feedback is reviewed weekly, and the largest theme each month is written up with what we changed because of it.

06The framework behind it

Our review and feedback practice is designed on the MASTER Leadership Framework by Dr. Elena Tomozii, Work and Organizational Psychologist: feedback is a structured, respectful exchange that develops both sides, not a scoreboard. That is why we publish how we decide, not only what we decided.
