Refund Policy

01The trial comes first

The first 7 days of the paid collections are free. A valid payment card is required to start the trial, and it is charged only when the trial ends. Subscribers may cancel at any time, and cancelling before the trial ends means nothing is charged.

02Cancelling

You can cancel a weekly, monthly or yearly plan whenever you like from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fee applies.

03When we refund

Write to us within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full if the plan was unused, if the same subscription was charged twice, or if a paid feature did not work and we could not put it right for you.

• Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full, always.
• A first charge you did not intend to make: refunded in full within 14 days, provided the paid designs were not exported and used.
• A renewal you meant to cancel but missed: refunded if you tell us within 7 days of the charge and have not exported new codes since.
• Service failure on our side: pro-rata refund for the affected period, or an extension, whichever you prefer.

04What we cannot refund

Periods already used, plans where the paid collections were repeatedly exported before the request, and charges older than 14 days that were not caused by an error on our side. Bank and currency conversion differences are outside our control.

05How refunds are paid

Refunds return to the original payment method through our payment provider, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. We confirm by email when the refund is issued.

06Being fair about it

Our refund conversations follow the same principles as everything else we publish: transparent criteria, a clear reason for each decision, and a written record you can keep. If you disagree with a decision, ask for a review and a second person will look at it.
