Your data, plainly explained

Privacy Policy

Last updated 8 November 2026

How QRaft handles the details you share, the codes you make, and the choices you keep. This is the policy for www.qrcraftcode.online.

01What we hold

We keep only what a working studio needs: your account email and name, the plan you are on, and the codes you choose to save.

  • Account details: email address, display name, and the plan attached to your account.
  • Code content: the link, text, menu, contact or event details you type into a code, together with its design settings.
  • Usage basics: pages visited in the studio, so we can keep the product working and understand what to improve.
  • Support messages: what you send us when you ask for help, so we can reply.

02What we never do

We do not sell your personal data, we do not rent your email list, and we do not read the content of your codes for advertising. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our own systems.

03Where it lives

Account and code records are stored on our platform provider, media you upload is stored in the studio storage, and subscription payments are processed by our payment provider under its own privacy terms. Each of these partners handles data on our instruction.

04Cookies and local storage

We keep a small amount of information in your browser so the studio remembers your trial period, your chosen design and your sign-in session. These are functional, not advertising, and clearing your browser storage removes them.

05How long we keep it

Code and account records stay while your account is open, and for a short period afterwards so an accidental deletion can be reversed. You can ask us to remove your account and its codes at any time, and we will do so unless a legal obligation requires us to keep a record of a transaction.

06Your choices and rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything wrong, deletion of your account, or an explanation of how your data is used. Contact us through www.qrcraftcode.online and we will respond within 30 days.

07Children

QRaft is a professional design tool and is not intended for children under 16. If an account belonging to a child comes to our attention, we close it and delete its data.

08Changes

When this policy changes in a meaningful way, we post the new version on this page with its date and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email before the change takes effect.
